Gently - Privacy Policy
Premium app
Gently is a premium app and requires a paid license after the free trial. That is our business model. Your personal data is never collected or sold for commercial purposes. We respect your privacy and our app is fully GDPR compliant (European Privacy Law). Read more.
License and support
The Google account you select to login (e.g. yourname@gmail.com) is stored on our server for authentication. Both for a trial and premium license. This way you can use a Gently license on multiple devices and transfer your license to a new device when for instance you get a new phone.
Secondly we use your account to provide user support and communicate with you if you have questions about the app or your privacy. When you choose to use Hush, you freely consent to this data processing (article 6 and 7 GDPR). If you no longer want to use Gently you can request that your Google account is deleted from our server. Use the 'Contact' form on our website or the 'delete account' button inside the app.
Development
Gently uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics SDKs. These SDKs maybe process personal information like your device brand, model, system settings. We use this information to monitor performance, fix crashes and bugs and add new features to the app.
